Status of my Photologo

You can monitor the progress of your Photologo by logging into your account. Once logged in, select your order to view its current status. We’ll also send you an email notification as soon as your Photologo is ready.

Revised Photologos are typically delivered within 5 business days. You’ll receive an email once your revision is complete. In the meantime, you can log into your account to track its progress.

Revision of my Photologo

Basic Package: Includes three free revisions.
Premium or VIP Package: Enjoy unlimited free revisions.

 If you’ve used all your free revisions and would like further adjustments, additional revisions can be purchased directly from your account.

1. Please log in to your Photologo account 
2. Select the Photologo design you’d like to revise.
3. Click on the “Request a Revision” button.
4. Complete the form to specify your desired changes.
5. Submit the form. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your request has been received.

Please note:
 – Revisions can only be requested if the Photologo has not yet been “Approved and Downloaded.”
– Once a revision is requested, previous versions of your Photologo will no longer be available for download. Please consider your revision request carefully before submitting.

If you’ve used all of your free revisions but would like to continue adjusting your Photologo, you can buy additional revisions of your Photologo directly from your account. Select the Photologo that you want to be revised, click on the ‘Buy Single Revision’ and follow the instructions.

Where do I find my orders?

1. Visit your Photologo account at this link: Photologo Account
2. Enter your email address and password. If you’ve forgotten your credentials, refer to the ‘Account Issues’ section below.
3. Select your Order ID and click ‘Track.’
4. You’ll see a preview of your Photologo design. From there, you can approve and download your Photologo or request a revision.

2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Select your Order ID and click ‘Track.’
4. Choose the Photologo version associated with your additional products.
5. At the left side of your Photologo, all additional products are listed.

Account issues

1. Reset your password here: ‘Forgot My Password’ Page
 2. Enter your email address.
3. Open the email you receive from us and click the provided link.
4. Follow the instructions to set a new password.
5. Once confirmed, you can login to your Photologo account with your new credentials.

If the Link is not working, please visit the ‘Forgot My Password’ page in order for you to create a password for your Photologo account.

If you are having technical difficulties downloading your Photologo, please clear the cache and cookies in your browser.
