Photologo is your unique, handwritten signature, specially created by our Professional Artists.

Payment questions
We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal. We also accept Amex cards when paying through the PayPal option.
Status of my Photologo
As soon as you order your Photologo, our Artist will start designing it. Depending on the time frame that you selected, your Photologo will be delivered. We will notify you via email when your Photologo is delivered to your account.
Revision of my Photologo
Every Photologo comes with 3 free revisions + more revisions available on request, but we are sure it will be love at first sight.
Where do I find my orders?
- Visit your Photologo account at this link: Photologo Account
- Enter your Email address and Password (if you don’t know your password, see the ‘Account Issues > Forgot my account email/ password’ section provided below)
- Select your Order ID
- You will see a message from the designer with your Photologo attached.
- From there, you can send us a message to Approve your design or Request a revision.
Account issues
- Reset your password here: ‘Forgot My Password’ Page
- Enter your email address
- Open up the email that you received from us
- Click on the link provided on the email, containing the instructions to set your new password
- Once you have accessed the Password Reset page, enter and confirm your new password
- As soon as you confirm it, you are ready to login to your Photologo account with your new password.
